Our Position

We build for recognized accessibility standards and treat gaps as defects to fix, not suggestions to consider. A parent browsing one-handed at 3 AM with a sleeping baby is our reference user, and she overlaps more with accessibility guidelines than you might think.

In Practice

• Readable type sizes and color contrast that works in daylight and dark rooms.
• Alt text on product images describing the product, not the filename.
• Full keyboard navigation — every control reachable without a mouse.
• Headings that describe their sections and labels that describe their fields.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is maintenance, not a milestone. Each new product batch and each layout change gets checked against the same bar.
