Heart of Tafiti
Questions about a lock, a bag or an order — a real person answers.
Not sure which lock fits your fridge handle? Wondering whether the gallon bags survive a freezer? This is the address for everything about the products themselves.
Letters reach us at the Brazos Street address. It is a working office, not a shop — there is no counter, nothing to try out on site, and return parcels should follow the retail partner’s label, not this address.
About an order? Checkout, payment, delivery and returns run through our retail partners — their order page resolves parcel and refund questions fastest. Product questions, fit checks and stuck claims: that is us, and we answer.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Weekend messages are read Monday morning, and we aim to answer everything within one business day.
Retailers, daycare suppliers, pet-business owners and writers covering family or sustainability topics — send a short note to [email protected] and it will land on the right desk.
